TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS
WHOLESALE TERMS OF SALE:
Prices listed are wholesale, and in US dollars. Every account must be prepared to provide a copy of its valid state vendor's license upon request. All prices and minimums are subject to correction, based on fluctuations in market conditions. An order is a shipment scheduled for one specific ship date to one specific location. Multiple ship date orders and multiple ship-to locations are considered separate individual orders and cannot be combined to qualify for freight discounts. Items must be ordered in master case quantities.
VOLUME INCENTIVE PRICING (VIP):
It is reasonable to expect that larger order quantities can earn a lower price, and HEORSHE INC. is pleased to offer "Volume Incentive Pricing (VIP).

MINIMUM ORDERS:
HEORSHE Inc.'s minimum order is one master case(24/48/100 units) for both new orders and reorders for any customer regardless of location.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTIONS:
HEORSHE INC. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged the exact amount of the invoice, plus freight (if applicable), on the day the order is placed.
NET 30-DAY TERMS:
Net 30-day terms are available, subject to review and approval. Any customer requesting net 30 terms must email business@heorshe.com and provide three credit references. Please allow up to two weeks for the credit review process for an initial order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :
HEORSHE INC. recognizes that delivery costs to these international destinations can be barriers to purchasing, and has established special policies to partially offset these costs. Please contact us at business@heorshe.com for details.
BACKORDERS:
A back order is an item that was ordered prior to the specified ship date, and which was supposed to ship on the specified shipment date, but did not. Any back ordered item will qualify for the same applicable freight discount as the original order. At HEORSHE Inc.'s sole discretion, back orders may automatically be processed unless specifically requested otherwise. Any request for order or back order cancellation must be submitted in writing by emailing business@heorshe.com prior to shipment.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Any request for order or back order cancellation must be submitted in writing by email at least seven (15) days prior to the requested ship date. If a cancel date is specified, that is the LAST date that HEORSHE INC. may ship the order, or back order, without specific customer approval. And any deposit payment from buyer would not be returned, if the order has been canceled.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS:
Please check each shipment immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damages and/or shipment discrepancies should be reported in writing by email within two weeks of receipt of shipment. All items claimed as defective, plus all original boxes, packaging materials, and tracking labels must be saved until each claim is settled in case HEORSHE requires the item to be returned prior to issuing credit, or in case the carrier requires an inspection as part of the damage claim review. Refunds and/or credits for claims and/or shipment discrepancies will be answered and processed ASAP, usually within two weeks of the initial claims report. A restocking fee of 25% plus return shipping charges may be applied to any shipment returned without prior authorization and confirmation.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:
Any past due balances are subject to a 1% monthly charge. Any NSF checks are subject to a $40 service fee. Open orders on past due accounts may not ship until the past due balance is paid in full, including past due charges.

All materials, including images, logos, designs, icons, photographs, Copy and other material that appear as part of this catalog are properties owned or licensed by HEORSHE INC. and are protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws, worldwide HEORSHE Inc. images and information materials may not be scanned, reproduced, published, or distributed, in whole or in part, without prior expressed written permission of HEORSHE INC.
